Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aishareit, an event photo-sharing service that lets guests upload photos which are transformed by AI into art styles and comic-story collages shown in a live shared gallery. aishareit is currently an invite-only private beta. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using aishareit, creating an account, or running an event with it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Description of the service

aishareit lets event hosts collect photos from guests via a QR code. Uploaded photos are processed by AI to create stylized versions and comic-story collages, which appear in a live shared gallery for the event. Features and availability may vary, especially during the beta.

3. Beta / early-access disclaimer

aishareit is offered as an invite-only private beta. This means features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable or interrupted at times. We don't provide any uptime or availability guarantee during the beta, and you should not rely on the service for critical or irreplaceable content without keeping your own copies.

4. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are intended for businesses such as event venues, planners, and photographers, and for the hosts they authorize. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may approve, decline, suspend, or close beta accounts at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive, and not to misuse the service. In particular:

• You are responsible for the photos uploaded at your events.
• As a host, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from guests and from people who appear in the photos before those photos are uploaded and processed by AI.
• You must not upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Your content and license

You (and your guests) retain ownership of the photos you upload. To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transform, and display that content for the purpose of providing aishareit to you — including processing it with AI and showing it in your event gallery. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain in routine backups for a limited time.

7. AI-generated content

Stylized images and comic-story collages are generated automatically by AI based on the photos uploaded. AI output can be unpredictable and may not always match expectations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before sharing them more widely, and for ensuring their use is appropriate for your event and audience.

8. Payments and billing

Where paid plans apply, billing is handled in Romanian lei (RON) through our payment processor (Stripe). Applicable fees, taxes, and billing terms will be shown to you before you subscribe or purchase. During the beta, some features may be provided free of charge or under specific arrangements communicated to you separately.

9. Intellectual property

The aishareit platform, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (but excluding content you upload), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you, other than the right to use the service as permitted here.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. When we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and provide notice where appropriate. If you have questions about these Terms, reach us through our contact page (aishare.it/contact).
